Delete your Crésipe account
You can delete your account immediately in the app. If you cannot open or sign in to the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
Open Profile → Privacy & Terms → Delete my account, review the warning, and confirm. This permanently deletes the Crésipe account and its user-owned app data.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address connected to your Crésipe account. Use the subject Delete my Crésipe account and include only the account email address. Never send your password, confirmation code, or password-reset link.
We will verify that you control the account before completing an emailed request. Verification may require a response sent to the account email address, but we will never ask for your password or verification code.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your active Crésipe authentication account and user-owned profile, wellness settings, dietary preferences, allergies, meal logs, pantry items, private recipes, cooking and Atlas progress, badges, streaks, quotas, and account images from active Crésipe systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups, abuse-prevention records, security logs, or records retained where legally required.
